What we keep when you chat with Nené or send an enquiry, why, for how long, and how to have it deleted.

Who we are

This site is run by Casa Santo, a private villa in Tulum, Quintana Roo, México. For anything about your data, write to hola@DOMAIN_TBD.

What we collect

• When you chat with Nené: your messages, the page and language you were using, and a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address that cannot be turned back into the original.
• When you send an enquiry: your name, email, dates, number of guests and your message.

Why

To answer your questions, to reply to your enquiry, and to make Nené’s answers better over time. We never sell your details.

How long

Chats and enquiries are kept for twelve months so the team can follow up, then deleted.

Who handles it for us

A few trusted services process data on our behalf: Anthropic (Nené’s answers), Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Resend (email) and Google Fonts (the typefaces on this site).

Cookies

No advertising or tracking cookies. The site only uses your browser’s own storage for small things, such as remembering whether you turned the sound on.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing hola@DOMAIN_TBD. This page is our aviso de privacidad under Mexico’s data protection law (LFPDPPP). Visitors in the European Union also have their rights under the GDPR, including access, correction, deletion and objection.
